George Fulton
George Fulton is a seasoned strategic communications specialist with extensive experience across politics, journalism, and public relations.
George’s career began as a campaign manager for the Conservative Party during the 2001 General Election. Following this, he joined the BBC, working on the Politics Show and later spearheading the launch of Question Time Pakistan and Hardtalk Pakistan for BBC World. During his tenure, he oversaw interviews with prominent figures such as Benazir Bhutto, General Pervez Musharraf, and Imran Khan. Transitioning to the burgeoning Pakistani media industry, George worked with GEO News and AAJ News, contributing to the launch of Pakistan’s first live news bulletin. He also created and presented the iconic show “George Ka Pakistan” and executive produced the live morning show “Kiran aur George”.
In strategic communications and PR, George has provided services for organizations including the British Council, Gates Foundation, USAID, UNDP, and the EU. He has held significant roles at M&C Saatchi World Services and the Qatar Foundation. Additionally, he served as the Executive Director of the Atlantic Partnership in London, promoting transatlantic relations post-9/11.
George’s diverse living experiences span the UK, Dubai, Qatar, and Pakistan. He holds a degree from Bristol University and an MBA from the University of Manchester.
