Ameya is the senior talent director and is responsible for talent management and acquisition. He has more than 13 years of experience in human resources and has worked in multiple domains from IT to e-learning before joining Curzon PR. He believes that the key to success for any organisation lies in the development and happiness of the workforce.
He has a degree in Hospitality Management from the National Council of Hospitality Management, India. He always keeps himself updated with the latest trends in the HR industry practices and policies.
Prior to joining Curzon PR, Ameya has worked with organisations in various sectors and has also been an entrepreneur.
