Curzon PR has been signed to support the British Pakistan Foundation with a strategic communications campaign in support of their re-launch and in preparation for the inaugural Pakistan Cultural Week.

“We are excited to work with the British Pakistan Foundation in supporting Pakistan Cultural Week – a week-long festival that represents an unparalleled opportunity to showcase the vibrancy and diversity of Pakistan’s cultural heritage in the UK.” says Farzana Baduel, MD of Curzon PR. “It is an honour to work with the British Pakistan Foundation on this important cultural initiative.”

The British Pakistan Foundation was established in 2010 to support the British Pakistani diaspora in the UK. They connect the Pakistani diaspora and key stakeholders in the UK with organisations working to create a significant and sustainable impact on the socio-economic development of Pakistan. The Foundation also works to provide platforms to build networks within the British Pakistani diaspora, such as the BPF Women’s Network and BPF Young Professionals.

“Pakistan is a country with a rich history and cultural heritage. Pakistan Cultural Week represents an excellent occasion to showcase the wealth of culture that Pakistan brings to the UK,” said Ahmereen Reza CEO of the British Pakistan Foundation. “We look forward to working with Curzon PR on the re-launch of the British Pakistan Foundation and on establishing Pakistan Cultural Week in the UK.”

The British Pakistan Foundation will be holding Pakistan Cultural Week in spring 2016. As part of the festivities, the British Pakistan Foundation will be hosting a series of events celebrating Pakistani culture.

Pakistan Cultural Week represents the latest in a series of highly successful projects and events organised by the British Pakistan Foundation. These include regular events, such as the Inspirational Women’s Speaker Series and BPF Women’s Networking events.
