Who we are

Curzon PR is a globally focused public relations and marketing communications consultancy specialising in strategy at the nexus of developed and growth markets.

We are headquartered in London, with a core team supported by expert consultants working across the world on a project basis.

We have consultants in locations including Australia, India, Pakistan, Argentina, Israel, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Curzon consultants are highly skilled professionals with a proven track record of excellence in key market sectors and core specialisms in Government, Corporate & Finance, Arts and Culture. Our diverse group of practitioners include journalists with several years of experience working with top-tiered media outlets, MBAs, chartered PR Practitioners, and management consultants.

Working with Curzon

“Time zones have never been an issue for me. I appreciate the fact that I can work with Curzon no matter where I am. It makes our contributions all the more dynamic and truly global.” -Laaleen Sukhera, Consultant

“I find Curzon’s remote working culture quite productive. It blends my professional and personal life very well in fact; neither is disrupted and both thrive. I now invest ample time in my professional and personal growth.” -Gazal Gupta, Consultant

“Curzon provides ample opportunities for its consultants to learn, pick up new skills and grow in their sectors of specialism, making for a rich working experience filled with self-growth.”-Bhavana Akella, Business Development Consultant

We believe that work needs to be defined in new ways in an evolving communication landscape. At Curzon, we sustain distributed teams by embracing technology to work smart and work with purpose.

Our journey at Curzon has taught us valuable lessons about the strengths of working remotely as a team. Our remote-working model is designed to enable engagement and collaboration.

The culture at Curzon is focused on dynamic growth, fuelled by curiosity and resilience. While we value a strong professional ethic, we are mindful of work-life balance and the well-being of our consultants, and encourage flexible working.

A career with purpose

It is important to us that our people have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to their community or a charity that means something to them. That is why we give every member of our team the option to take a paid day’s leave once a year for volunteering purposes should they choose to take it.

Caring for animals and people, building playgrounds and safe spaces, supporting vulnerable individuals in the community, helping the environment to heal, and fundraising for important causes, working towards a better future is not just something we do as part of our job — it’s what we do outside it too.

Always learning

We are lucky in our jobs to work with so many different people and cultures, that we couldn’t stop learning, even if we wanted to! But why would we want to? Learning keeps us on our toes, keeps the world around us interesting and enriches our every day. Everyone who works at Curzon PR, no matter how junior or senior, receives a £1,000 grant every year to put toward furthering their industry education.

Brilliant benefits

25 days’ paid leave, 8 days’ bank holiday, a bonus day for every year of service from years 1 to 5,  a paid day off for volunteering, the option to buy back holiday, a learning grant, remote working, flexible start and finish times, early finishes on a Friday and a day off on your birthday may all sound great — and it is! But what we’re most proud of at Curzon PR is having a purpose-led career that makes a real and positive difference to our clients and the community. That’s the best benefit.

Work for good

PR is powerful. That is why good causes and charitable organisations need it. Unfortunately, many just don’t have the budget to pay for a professionally-run campaign. Realising this, we invite our team to nominate and vote for a charity or charities to be the recipient(s) of our annual £120k pro bono PR gift. Not only does our team get to choose who we do work for, they get to contribute to the good work too. From fundraising bike rides to animal welfare and supporting Ukraine, we have been involved in a plethora of important causes, and continue to do so as we strive to always work for good.
