Specialising exclusively in Indian art and collectables, Conferro Auctions heralds a new era for the Indian art market, as the art economy recovers after the recession.

Conferro’s Director Sharan Seth says, “I am passionate about collecting and appreciate the cultural and historic value of art. By setting up Conferro Auctions I hope to open the cultural wealth of Indian art and collectables to the international market. With Bollywood such an ingrained part of our cultural identity and the timely centenary of Bollywood film, our first auction reflects our nation’s rich and vibrant history and artistic practices”.
