Curzon PR has signed to support new London-based auction house, Conferro Auctions. Conferro specialises exclusively in Indian art and collectables, bringing rare and unique regional items of Indian heritage to an international market. Curzon will be managing Conferro’s strategic communications, event management and digital and media relations.

The opening of this new London-based auction house aims to strengthen the cultural ties between India and the global market.

Coinciding with the celebration of 100 years of Bollywood, Conferro’s premiere auction, 28 – 29 November, features cinematic memorabilia from this era. The auction lots will include vintage gramophones and LPs of timeless film scores, from some of the great Bollywood films of the past including, Mughal-e-Azam – one of the milestones in Indian film history.
